	Tex*Mex Game Lease is located in Collingsworth County, 4 ½ miles west of Wellington, Tx. Wellington is in the southeastern Texas panhandle on Highway 83. The lease consist of 985 acres of prime deer, turkey, and quail habitat.
Located on the lease is a quarter of a Mile by 60’ stocked fishing pond. Running water, 3 RV hookups, covered patio area, and bridge with lights for night fishing.

Within the hunting lease are two creeks, Buck and House Log. House Log is a dry creek and runs only during the rainy season and Buck creek runs year round. Cottonwood, elm maple, and mesquite trees provide plenty of cover. Alfalfa, wheat, peanut, and milo fields surround the native habitat. There are 9 deer blinds and game feeders scattered throughout the lease.
	2-Days of Hunting and Fishing Deer, Turkey and Quail The lease will accommodate up to five Sportsman $2,500.00 for the group; And can accommodate two(2) more hunters, at $500.00 Each, for a two day hunt. Deposit Required Turkey and Quail Hunting $150.00 per day, per gun.

	COMPLETELY PRIVATE THREE RV HOOK UPS RUNNING WATER FOR CLEAN UP

The fishing pond (quarter of a Mile x 60’) is stocked with Black Crappie, Channel Cat, Hybrid Bluegill and Hybrid Bass. A covered patio with built in barbeque pit. There is a fish cleaning area with running water. A custom fishing bridge with lights for night fishing. Three RV Hookups are located on the pond(1-50 watt and 2-30 watt). $50.00 a day, Per Person, Fishing Only. Children 12 and under Free. Completely Private. No other Parties will be allowed during your 24 hour lease Period. A great alternative for the sportsman who likes to hunt and fish.
